Andrew Jackson "Jack" Vaden, 89, of McRae, Ark. went to be with his Lord on Saturday, May 17, 2104. He was born on Sunday, Jan. 24, 1925 in Senath, Mo. to the late Thomas and Amy Perry Vaden.
He married the late Betty Jean Berry on May 17, 1947. He was a retired member of UA Local 155-Plumbers, Steamfitters and Pipefitters.
Jack is preceded in death by his parents; his wife; a daughter, Linda Jean Vaden; two brothers, Bill Vaden and James Vaden; four sisters, Margie Wright, Lottie Mae Crisler, Mary Alice Everett, and Lorraine Vaden Gay.
Jack leaves to cherish his memory three children, Thomas (Mona) Vaden, Danny (Gail) Vaden and Barbara Vaden; three brothers, Robert Vaden, Johnny Vaden and Douglas "Mac" Vaden; three sisters, Shirley Elliott, Martha Gates and Carolyn Vaden; eight grandchildren; 17 great-grandchildren; and a host of other family and friends.
Visitation will be 2-4 p.m., Tuesday, May 20, 2014 at Roller-Daniel Funeral Home (501)268-3546.
