Elliott Peebles of Augusta passed away in his home on Friday, May 16, 2014 after a lengthy battle with cancer. He was 76 years of age. Mr. Peebles was born July 19, 1937 at Fitzhugh, Ark. The funeral service will be Monday, May 19, at 2 p.m. at Rhodes & Son Funeral Home in Augusta.
