Debbie Grey Blanton

Debbie Grey Blanton, 63, of Gurdon, Arkansas passed away on Sunday, May 18, 2014. Debbie is preceded in death by her father Bob Blanton. Debbie is survived by her mother, Balma Lee Blanton of Gurdon, two sisters, Peggy Covington and husband Larry of Ruidoso, N.M. and Patti Gaither and husband Gary of Arkadelphia, Ark. Debbie loved and was loved by four nephews and two nieces and two great-nephews and two great nieces. Debbie was a graduate of Henderson State University with a BA in Business. She retired from AT&T in 2007. She is a member of the 1st United Methodist Church of Gurdon. Visitation will be Monday May 19, 2014 from 6 p.m.-8 p.m. in the Pharr Funeral Home of Gurdon Chapel, Gurdon, Arkansas. Service will be Tuesday May 20, 2014 at 2 p.m. in the Pharr Funeral Home of Gurdon Chapel, Gurdon, Arkansas. Interment will follow in Rose Hedge Cemetery. Memorials can be made to the 1st United Methodist Church of Gurdon or the American Cancer Society. Debbie will be missed by all who knew and loved her.
