William Paul Foster

William Paul Foster of Little Rock, AR died on May 19, 2014. He was born on July 29, 1954 to Lucy and Ed Foster in Shreveport, La. He was preceded in death by his parents and wife, Ethel Ann Foster. He is survived by his aunt, Shirley Johnson of Shreveport, La.; stepdaughter, Betsy Lomas (Russell) and step-grandson, Will Lomas all of Dyersburg, Tenn.; sister, Linda Jones of Little Rock, Ark.; brother, David Foster (Liz) of Carthage, Mo.; many nieces and nephews, great-nieces and great-nephews. His love of animals was shown by his care of his horses and dogs.
