Cecil Calvin "Cowboy" Dallas, 89, of Jonesboro passed away May 25 at St Bernard's Medical Center. A graveside service will be Wednesday, May 28, at 2 p.m. at Jonesboro Memorial Park. Roller-Farmers Union Funeral Home will be in charge of services.
