Dorothy Berndt, 89, of Harrison died May 30, 2014 at her home. Survivors include sons, Richard and wife, Lynn Berndt, of Joliet, Ill., and Terry Berndt, of Houston, Texas; one daughter, Bonny Beedle and two grandsons, Devon and Alex Hacker, of the home. Cremation and arrangements by Holt Memorial Chapel.
