Sue Carolyn Hickman Wardlaw

Sue Carolyn Hickman Wardlaw, age 78, of Johnsville, Ark., died Friday October 31, at John R. Williamson Hospice House in El Dorado, Ark. Born June 27, 1936 at Ingalls, Ark. a daughter of the late Roy Franklin "Shorty" Hickman and Ovenia Ivey Hickman she was a farmer, owner/operator of Wardlaw Grocery, member Palestine United Methodist Church and loved to work in her flowers and garden. She married Royce Martin Wardlaw January 14, 1955 and he died February 6, 2006. Survivors are two sons, Marty Wardlaw and spouse Carla, Ingalls, Ark., Mitch Wardlaw, Johnsville, Ark., two daughters, Connie Groves and spouse Wade, Sumpter, Ark. and Lesia Hollis, Johnsville, Ark., one sister, Judy Withers, Warren, Ark., nine grandchildren, Shane Groves, Shannon Mann, Jeffery Wardlaw, Criag Wardlaw, Marty Lee Wardlaw, Nealee Lawrence, Cody Hollis, Madison Wardlaw and A'Kay Wardlaw.], 11 great-grandchildren.
