Mr. Archie Lee Liggins Sr., 59, of Pine Bluff passed Wednesday, Oct. 29, 2014.
Funeral service will be 10 a.m. Tuesday, Nov. 4, 2014 at Old St. James Baptist Church by Rev. David Smith. Interment will be in the V.A. Section-Graceland Cemetery by Brown Funeral Home of Pine Bluff.
