Samuel Bilal Miller, 60, of Little Rock, passed away Saturday, November 1, 2014. He leaves cherish his memory; children, Samuel Miller Jr., and Shalonda Jones; one sister, Barbara Watson (Harlee); two grandchildren and a host of other relatives and friends. Funeral services will be held tomorrow, 11 a.m. at New Jerusalem Baptist Church, 1400 South Cross, Little Rock, Arkansas.
