Olga Louise Holdford

OLGA "SIS" LONGINOTTI HOLDFORD, also known as "Squeakie", 87, died on Nov. 5, 2014. She was born May 16, 1927 to Jim and Louisa Costa Longinotti. A 1945 graduate of Mount Saint Mary Academy, she worked many years in the restaurant business, first with her parents and later with her brother. She was preceded in death by her husband, Eugene "Slim" Holdford, her parents and three brothers, Jim, Pete, and Fred Longinotti. She was a member of the Cathedral of Saint Andrew for many years. Olga is survived by her sisters-in-law, Dodie Longinotti and Loretta Longinotti, along with 15 nieces and nephews. Her niece, Joan Brush, along with her husband, Mike, have been her primary caregivers for several years, with the assistance of another niece, Susan Odle and her husband, Eddie. The family would also like to thank a special neighbor, Sheila Givens, for the care she gave Mrs. Holdford in recent months. Visitation will be Monday, Nov. 10, 2014 from 6-8 p.m. at Griffin Leggett Healey and Roth. A Rosary will be held at 7 p.m. Monday, Nov. 10, 2014 at Griffin Leggett Healey and Roth Funeral Home. Mass of Christian Burial will be at Our Lady of Holy Souls Catholic Church on Tuesday, Nov. 11, 2014 at 10 a.m. Burial will follow in Calvary Cemetery. Memorials may be made to Arkansas Children's Hospital, Pulaski County Humane Society, the Cathedral of Saint Andrew, or a charity of your choice.
