Marie Allen Stover Duncan, age 71, of Jacksonville went to be with her Lord on Monday, November 10, 2014. She was born December 16, 1942 in Little Rock, Arkansas to the late Curtis and Elsie Evans Stover. She was preceded in death by her husband John Lester Duncan and one son, Scott Duncan. She was a faithful member of Bible Baptist Church, she enjoyed playing the piano and crafting. Mrs. Duncan will always be remembered as a loving mother, grandmother and great-grandmother.
She is survived by her son, Mike Duncan and his wife Darla, grandchildren; Matt Duncan, Randi Burkey and her husband Jeremy, Kyle Duncan, great-grandchildren, Kaylan, Autumn, Bella, Michaela, Kolt and Karli. She is also survived by one sister Anita Jacobsen and one brother Curtis Stover.
Funeral services will be 1 p.m. Saturday, November 15, 2014 at Bible Baptist Church in Jacksonville with Dr. Mike Files officiating. Visitation will be one hour prior to service.
