Phyllis Stacks White Fulmer, 79, of Little Rock, went home to be with the Lord November 16, 2014. She was born March 5, 1935 in Pulaski County, Arkansas the daughter of Milburn and Faye Tucker Stacks.
She was preceded in death by her parents; sister, Sharon Morgan; brother, Howard stacks; and three sons, Steven White, Dennis White and Bill Stacks. She is survived by her daughter, Patricia (Gresham) Barnes; brother, Don (Lou) Stacks; seven grandchildren and ten great-grandchildren.
Graveside funeral services will be held at 11 a.m. Wednesday at Walnut Grove Cemetery with Rev. Larry Ballard officiating. Visitation will be from 8:30 a.m. until 10 a.m. Wednesday at Griffin Leggett Healey & Roth, 5800 W. 12th St., Little Rock (501) 661-9111.
