Cleophus Withers

Cleophus Withers, 78, of Little Rock passed away Nov. 18. Cleophus was born February 20, 1936 to Wesley Lee and Luvenia Jackson Withers. He confessed his hope in Christ at a very young age. Mr. Withers was a skilled carpenter he build many houses and worked on many other projects. Cleophus was a member of the Little Rock Biker Brother Club. Mr. Withers was preceded in death by his parents, brother Wesley Lee Withers, Jr. and sister, Irena Hall Marshall. He leaves to cherish his memories: daughter, Jackie Sims (Anthony) Brown, son, Calvin (Lawanna) Sims both of Little Rock; two sisters: Margaret W. (Calvin) Thomas of Pine Bluff, Ark. and Sandra Moore of Little Rock, Ark., 16 grandchildren, nine great-grandchildren and a host of other relatives and friends. Cleophus was well liked by everyone. Funeral service will be Saturday, November 22 at 11 a.m. at P&K Mortuary Chapel, 1715 Scott, (501) 374-2952.
