Ben England Boren III

Ben England Boren III, 85, of Ozark, Ark. died Wednesday, Nov. 19, 2014 in Ozark. He was a retired stockbroker and a member of St. Mary's Catholic Church in Altus, Ark. and a former member of St. Brendan Catholic Church in Cumming, Ga. He was a veteran of the United States Air Force. He was born Dec. 16, 1928 in Little Rock, Ark. to Ben E. Boren Jr. and Claire Butterworth Boren. He is survived by his wife, Estella Post Conatser of Ozark; three sons, Blake Boren of Cumming, Georgia, Grant Boren of Nashville, Tenn. and David Boren of Jakarta, Indonesia; a daughter Linda Huband of Alpharetta, Ga.; a sister, Gloria Shelnutt of Benton, Ark. and 10 grandchildren. Memorial mass will be held at 10 a.m. Monday, Nov. 24, 2014 at St. Mary's Catholic Church in Altus, Ark., with Father Hugh Assenmacher, OSB presiding, with interment at St. Mary's Cemetery, under direction of Shaffer Funeral Home of Ozark. Rosary will be held at 9:30 a.m. Monday prior to funeral mass.
