Ernestine Davidson Williams

Ernestine D. Williams, 85, of Little Rock, Arkansas, went to be with the Lord on November 23, 2014. She was born to the late Napoleon and Louise Davidson on December 26, 1928 in Mound Bayou, Mississippi. She was married to Edward Williams, who preceded her in death. She is survived by two daughters, Deborah Williams and Audrey Williams, both of Little Rock, Arkansas; two sons, Paul Williams (Cassandra) of Colton, California and Don Williams (Gloria) of Little Rock, Arkansas; one brother, Reverend Albert Davidson (Annie) of Little Rock, Arkansas; one sister, Mary Summers of New Castle, Delaware; nine grandchildren; and thirteen great-grandchildren. Funeral service will be held at 10 a.m. Saturday, November 29 at Payne Chapel AME Zion Church, 1710 Rock Street, Little Rock, Arkansas. Family hour will be held at 6-7 p.m. Friday, November 28 at Ruffin & Jarrett Funeral Home, 1200 Chester Street, Little Rock, Arkansas (501) 372-1305. Burial will take place at Rest in Peace Cemetery, Hensley, Arkansas.
