Siesel Jones

Siesel Jones, 89, of Little Rock, died November 23, 2014. Born August 10, 1925 in Little Rock, she was the daughter of Squire Watkins and Louise Compation Watkins. She will be remembered as a sweet person who was a member of Emmanuel Baptist Church and retired as a longtime food service worker from McClellan VA Hospital. She was preceded in death by her parents, her husband, Delton Jones; son, Delton Jones, Jr. and daughter, Carolyn Jean Bush. Survivors are sisters, Dorothy Gipson of Sacramento, Calif., Rose Reed of Dallas, Texas, and Vickie Watkins of Little Rock; brother, Herbert Watkins of Little Rock; grandchildren, Gregory Bush (Glory) and Dwayne Bush (Pam), all of Little Rock; great-grandchildren, Marcus Bush, Marquita Bush, Syreta Bush, Dwayne Bush, Jr. and Shaquita Bush; great-great-grandchildren, Kayla Brown, Jaylon Jamerson, MaKenzie Griffin, Jasmine Gilbert, Jada Gilbert, Dwayne Bush, III, and Carter Colding, Bailey Bush, Sharon Nicole Bush; a special nephew and niece, Mayo and Mia Rose Johnson. Family hour will be from 6 p.m. until 7 p.m. Friday, November 28, 2014 at Griffin Leggett Healey & Roth, 5800 W. 12th St., Little Rock (501) 661-9111. Funeral services will be 11 a.m. Saturday, November 29th at Emmanuel Baptist Church, 3323 W. 12th Street, Little Rock with Rev. Al B. Morgan officiating.
