James W. "Bill" Garrison

James W. "Bill" Garrison died September 30, 2014 at the Veterans Hospital in Little Rock. He was born November 17, 1948 in Newport, Arkansas where he was a lifelong resident, other than for his four years of service in the Air Force in Germany. He was preceded in death by his parents, Bill and Faye Garrison and a sister, Anna Cheshier. He is survived by a son, Jason Garrison and three grandchildren, Alex, John Jared and Mary Catherine, all of Batesville; his sisters, Lena Doyle, Buddie Everett and Ginger Martin, all of Little Rock; and many nieces and nephews. A private service will be held at a later date. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to a charity of one's choice.
