Albert Gottlieb Koch

Albert Gottlieb Koch went home with his Lord and Savior Jesus Christ on October 2, 2014. He was born on October 2, 1920 in Little Rock, Arkansas. He was 94 years old. Albert was a devoted son, husband, father, grandfather and grea-grandfather. He served his country during World War II with the United States Coast Guard and returned home to continue a 45 year career as a printer, retiring from the Log Cabin Democrat in 1987. He was an avid gardener, golfer, and bird watcher. He had been a member of First Lutheran Church in Little Rock since boyhood. Albert was preceded in death by his parents, John and Katherina Koch and by his wife of 60 years. Geneva "Tiny" Koch and his six brothers and sisters. Albert is survived by his son Robert Koch and daughter-in-law Belinda Koch of Little Rock and his daughter Kathy Adcock and son-in-law Brad Adcock of Greenville, Illinois. He is also survived by his grandchildren Heather Roberson, Beth Revell-Quyyam, Daniel Revell and Philip Koch and by great grandchildren Ashley and Shelby Roberson, Daniel Revell Jr. and Xander Quyyam. "Precious in the sight of the Lord is the death of His saints." Psalm 116:15 Visitation will be held Sunday, October 5, 2014 from 2-4 p.m. at Griffin Leggett Healey and Roth Funeral Home. Funeral services will be held Monday, October 6, 2014 at 10 a.m. at Griffin Leggett Healey and Roth Funeral Home.
