George Washington Smith

George Washington Smith, Jr. 80, of Fairfield Bay, Arkansas passed away Thursday, October 2, 2014. He was born May 14, 1934 in McCrory, Ark. to George Washington and Myrtle (Green) Smith, Sr. He is survived by his wife, Kitty (Stuckey) Smith of the home, three sons, Joe Paul Smith (Kim) of Melbourne, Ark.; John Alan Smith of Little Rock, Ark.; and James Smith of Fairfield Bay, Ark.; two daughters, Marianne Hardcastle (Heath) of Tulsa, Okla.; and Susan Matthews (Scott) of Weiner, Ark.; three grandchildren, Megan Matthews, Hunter Smith, and Lydia Hardcastle, two sisters, Waunita Smith of Clinton, Ark.; and Ina Haverstick of Indiana; and many close friends.
