Mildred E. Bragg Walker

Mildred E. Bragg Walker, 76, of College Station, Ark. went to be with the Lord on Saturday, October 4, 2014. She was born January 24, 1938 in Oak Grove, Louisiana to the late Rev. Leo and Ida Adams Bragg. She was preceded in death by her parents the late Reverend Leo and Ida Adams Bragg; stepmother, Mae Ella Bragg; husband, Houston Walker Jr.; brother, Theodore Bragg, and sister, Ora Bragg Fanklin. She is survived by one daughter, Pamela Doyne of College Station; and four sons, Roger Doyne (Regina) of College Station, Ark.; Rodney Walker (Lanelle) of Killeen, Texas; Darryl Walker of Atlanta, Ga.; and Cory Walker (Latayia) of College Station, Ark.; three brothers, Leo Bragg (Brenda) of New York, Samuel Bragg (Ruth) of Cleveland, Ohio, Elbert Chukes (Pearline) of San Jose, California; three sisters, Evelyn Moore of Cleveland, Ohio; Melvin Allen (Ardell) of Little Rock, Ark.; Bobbie Farr of Alexander, Ark.; Joyce Williams (Robert) of College Station; 15 grandchildren; and two great-grandchildren. Family Hour: Friday, 6-7:30 p.m. Home-going service: Saturday, 11 a.m. both at Pilgrim Rest Missionary Baptist Church #4 in College Station, Ark. Committal service will follow at Mt.
