Olen Wayne Milligan was born December 30, 1930, and he died October 11, 2014 at the age of 70. He is survived by his wife of 52 years, Becky Milligan of Drasco; daughter, Tammy; son-in-law, Sam; granddaughters, Jana Lee and Jori Minnick of Vilonia; sister, Sue Goode of Benton; brothers, Phillip (Theresa) Milligan of Heber Springs and Dennis (Tina) Milligan of Bryant; and many nieces and nephews. Wayne was a 20 year veteran of the US Army. He served the people of Cleburne County, first as a deputy and later as the Sheriff. A memorial service will be announced at a later date.
