Robert Galon Baggett, 92, of North Little Rock passed away Wednesday, October 15, 2014. He was born in Water Valley, Mississippi on April 25, 1922 to Newt and Mary (Daniels) Baggett. He was a U.S. Army Veteran of World War II.
He was survived by his wife, Maudie Louise Baggett by one day and is survived by his five children, "Bob" Robert Edward Baggett, Sam Baggett (Carla), Joe Baggett, Newt Baggett and Dallas Baggett (Rhonda); 17 grandchildren; and 18 great-grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his parents; daughter, Patricia Ratliff and five siblings.
Funeral services will be held 11 a.m. Monday, October 20, 2014 at Smith - North Little Rock Funeral Home. The family will receive friends from 2 to 5 p.m., Sunday at the funeral home. Burial will be in May Cemetery in Houston, Arkansas. Online obituary at www.SmithFamilyCares.com.
