Pamela Petersen

Pamela Lea Petersen, 50, of Bauxite was born June 5th, 1964 in Dallas, Texas and passed away at her home on Tuesday, October 21st, 2014. She is survived by her husband of 26 years James Petersen and her children Morgan and Madison Petersen as well as her mother Lucille Rhodes and her brother Jeff Rhodes (Joy) of Springdale, Ark. She is preceded in death by her father Rufus D. Rhodes. Pamela was an energetic outgoing person who never met a stranger; she was committed to her family and her children and would go out of her way to help anyone in need. She was a member of Sardis United Methodist Church and loved working in the nursery. She attended the University of Arkansas and then completed her degree as a Dental Hygienist in Little Rock. She was also an avid sports fan and loved watching the Razorbacks and Cowboys. Visitation will be held on Thursday, October 23th, 2014 from 5-7 p.m. at Griffin Leggett Forest Hills 10200 Hwy. 5 in Alexander with funeral services on Friday, October 24th, 2014 at 9 a.m. followed by burial at Drakes Creek cemetery in Wesley, Arkansas at 2 p.m. www.griffinleggettforesthills.com.
