Patricia Ward Case

Patricia Ward Case, 73, of Arkansas City, Ark. died Tuesday, October 21, 2014 at Jefferson Regional Medical Center in Pine Bluff, Ark. Patricia was born in Chicot County Arkansas on July 12, 1941 to the late Johnny and Annie Terry Ward. She worked for the United States Postal Service in Arkansas City and McGehee for many years. Patricia was a member of the Red Hat Society and she loved to play cards and shop. She also enjoyed traveling. She was a member of Arkansas City United Methodist Church. Patricia and her husband Myron Case were married for 54 years. Other than her parents, she was preceded in death by her son, Tim Case and her sister, Shirley Fulgham. Survivors include her husband Myron Case of Arkansas City, Ark.; son, Russell Case of Monticello, Ark.; brothers, Jerry Ward, Jimmy Ward, and Joey Ward all of Collins, Ark.; sisters, Sue Gay of Halley, Ark. and Linda Maddox of Cominto, Ark.; grandchildren, Paige Case, Ryan Case, and Reid Case. Visitation will be 6-8 p.m. Thursday, October 23, 2014 at Griffin-Culpepper Funeral Service in McGehee, Ark. Funeral services will be at 10 a.m. Friday at Griffin-Culpepper Funeral Service Chapel in McGehee, Ark. with Rev. Fred Gay officiating. Burial will follow at McGehee Cemetery.
