Melanie Lee Davidson

Melanie Lee Davidson, age 64, of El Paso, passed away on Friday, Oct. 24, 2014. She was a loving wife, mother, and grandmother. She was born July 21, 1950 in Lincoln, Neb. to the late Maynard Amos Teed and Violet Scott Teed. Her father was in the military which allowed her to live all around the world. She loved the time she spent in Puerto Rico. Melanie lived her life to fullest everyday and is now relieved from the burdens of poor health. She was loved by many and will be missed dearly. In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by her brother, Maynard Joseph Teed. She is survived by her husband, Eddie Davidson; two sons, David Calvert and his wife Cindy, Joe Calvert and his wife Tammy; four grandchildren, Alexandria Calvert, Jake Calvert, Sydney Calvert, Joey Calvert; two nephews, Eric Teed and Kris Teed. Visitation will be from 6-8 p.m. Sunday, Oct. 26, 2014 at Moore's Cabot Funeral Home. Funeral services will be 10 a.m. Monday, Oct. 27, 2014 at Mt. Pleasant Baptist Church in Cabot.
