Learleen Caputo, 81, of Enola went to be with her Lord Saturday, Oct. 25, 2014. She was born on June 21, 1933. She was preceded in death by her parents, Tommy Franklin Jobe, Amy Augusta Jobe; one brother, Osborne Jobe; one sister, Jewell Jobe and late husband, Pressly (Shine) Sanson. She is survived by her husband of 46 years, Phil Caputo; three daughters, Pat Hawkins (Eddie) of Enola, Jennifer Breeding (Patrick) of Enola and Angela Curtis (Denis) of Vilonia; six grandchildren, Crissy Berry (David) of Vilonia, Justin Breeding (Brieanna) of Vilonia, Heather Oaks (Greg) of Greenbrier, Brandon Breeding (Honey) of Greenbrier, Brad Curtis (Brittany) and Amanda Head (Jimmy) of Edmond, Okla.; nine great-grandchildren: Jackson, Jacob, and Luke Berry, Grace and Lily Kate Oaks, Raegan and Sawyer Breeding, Koen Breeding and Brayden Curtis. She is also survived one sister, Sybil Harrison of Vilonia and one brother Forrest Jobe of Naylor. Learleen was a faithful member of the Enola church of Christ. She instilled in her family the importance of living their lives for Christ. Learleen loved helping others and always gave of herself first. No one stopped at her house without leaving with a full stomach or food to take home. She graduated from Mount Vernon High School and was a life-long resident of the community. She developed a love of sports as a young girl and played basketball for the Mt. Vernon Blue Jays. Her love of sports continued throughout her life and there was not one sporting event of her children, grandchildren or great-grandchildren that she was not there supporting them as their biggest fan. She worked in the insurance business for 50 plus years and continued working until the time of her death. Learleen loved spending time outside with her flowers and working in her garden. She was the happiest when her family was together, especially each Sunday when they joined her at her home for a lunch that she prepared. Learleen leaves behind a legacy of Christian love and faith that will live on in the lives of her children, grandchildren and great-grandchildren. Visitation will be Tuesday, Oct. 28 at Roller McNutt funeral home from 6 to 8 p.m. Funeral services will be Wednesday, Oct. 29 at 10 a.m. at Roller McNutt funeral home, with Eddie Hawkins and Brandon Breeding officiating. Burial will follow services at Crestlawn Memorial Park. Pallbearers will be Justin Breeding, Brandon Breeding, Brad Curtis, David Berry, Greg Oaks, Jimmy Head, Jacob, Jackson and Luke Berry.
