Melvia Mullins, 71, died in Avoca, Arkansas October 25, 2014. Survivors include Michelle Chadwick, Carla Gaman, Shawni Mullins and Peggy Moore. She had seven grandchildren; eight great grandchildren, and 12 great-great-grandchildren. Visitation will be at Westbrook Funeral Home in Hazen on Tuesday, October 28 from noon until 2 p.m. with a graveside service in De Valls Bluff Cemetery.
