Ronald Bruce Starling, 65, of Jacksonville, born November 29, 1948, passed away September 3, 2014. He was a member of First Presbyterian Church in Jacksonville. He is a veteran of the United States Air Force and earned a Master's Degree in Computer Science. He is preceded in death by his parents, Joseph and Eunice Starling. Ronald is survived by his loving wife, Deborah Starling; daughters, Christina Staggs (Paul Turner) and Danielle Rivera (Pat); grandchildren, Garrett and Gabriel Staggs; and sister, Debra Lynn Glazenbrook.
