Richard Harold Rudley Sr., 60, of Little Rock, went from Labor to Reward on Tuesday, September 2, 2014. He was preceded in death by his parents, Herbert Dean and Velma Rudley Thomas. He leaves to cherish his memory: "special parents;" Milton and Belver Nelson; step mother, Gloria Dean; son, Richard H.
