Jack Worsham, 93, of Ozark died Thursday in Ozark.
A memorial service is at 2 p.m. Wednesday at Dacus Cemetery in Magazine. He is survived by his son, Mike Worsham of Sacramento, Calif.; daughter, Sherry McCulloch of Belleville, Ark.; three grandchildren, three great-grandchildren and sister Dorothy Bailey.
