Pauline Melton

Pauline Melton, 84, of Warren, Ark. (formerly of Johnson, Ark. and Pine Bluff, Ark.) died Saturday, Sept. 13 in Bastrop, La. Born Nov. 4, 1929 in Bradley County, Ark. a daughter of the late Monroe Reynolds and Hughie Mae Carr Reynolds, she was a homemaker, member of Tillou Baptist Church and the widow of R.G. Melton, who died July 10, 1997. They were united in marriage June 27, 1946. Survivors are two daughters, Paula Riles (Bastrop, La) and Annette Daniels (Sallisaw, Okla.); four grandchildren; three great-grandchildren and one great-great-grandchild. Also preceding her in death was a daughter, Mitzie Martin; brother, Robert Reynolds, and sisters, Marcelle Clanton, Jimmie Castleberry and Erma Jean Copeland. Graveside services: 2 p.m. Tuesday, Sept. 16, at Moseley Cemetery by Frazer's Funeral Home. Visitation: 1 p.m.-1:30 p.m. Tuesday, Sept. 16 at Frazer's.
