Ron Fondren, 76, of Lutz, Florida, passed away Sept. 9, 2014. He was born in Hot Springs, Ark. and moved to Lutz, Fla., in 2010. Ron was a retired manager with Entergy Corporation. He lived at Paradise Lakes in Lutz, Fla. Ron loved horse racing and being outdoors. He is survived by his loving wife, Donna; son, Ronnie of Cabot; seven stepchildren, Tommy Rynders, Kathryn Rynders Howard of Arlington, Texas, Dee Shelton, Dawn Reese, Joelle Shaw, Eric Whitney, Danielle Whitney; and 12 grandchildren and five great-grandchildren. Services will be held at Hot Springs Funeral Home at 2 p.m. today.
