David Micheal "Mick" Rollins

David Micheal "Mick" Rollins, 67, made his transition peacefully after a lengthy illness on Sept. 18, 2014 in a hospice in Memphis, Tenn. He was born in Central Falls, N.C. to Jimmy and Loretta Rollins on August 17, 1947. He graduated from Mars Hill College and served in the U.S. Army. Mick was known for his great smile, love of tennis and for being a true gentleman. He leaves behind his daughter, Shannon (and Dan) Horvath; son, Mike Rollins; his partner, Judith Young Robinson of Little Rock, Ark.; his cousins, Shelia Brown and Angela Galvan and other cousins, as well as his extended Robinson family: Mark, Peyton, Grace Ann of Little Rock, Ark.; David and Jennifer, Bryn, Parker of Jersey City, N.J.; Matt and Pam, Miles, Julia, Christian of Friendswood, Texas. A memorial service will be held at Mick's beloved Unity Church of Little Rock with the help of his Oneness Blessing friends on Wednesday, Oct. 15, at 4 p.m. (Blessings at 3:30 p.m.), 2610 Reservoir Road, Little Rock, Ark. 72227.
