Amanda loved her family and they all were so close to each other. They shared many good times together over the years. She had a gift of compassion and was always willing to help anyone in need, offer wisdom or advice if asked, share a smile or laugh, an encouraging word or a shoulder to cry on. She prayed each day for her family and others. Amanda grew up in a Christian family and was a Christian girl herself from an early age. She also made sure her girls grew up going to church and becoming Christians themselves. She was a beloved mother to her two daughters, Kappi and Margaret. She was always there to support them in all activities they took part in. Amanda worked as a physician's office nurse for over 20 years. She was a very creative person and her hobbies included knitting crochet, needlepoint, cross stitching and other creative crafts. Her favorite music was country and western. Her favorite hymns were "Amazing Grace" and "How Great Thou Art." Her favorite book was the Holy Bible. Her greatest passion was her children. Amanda will be greatly missed by all.
