Mary Frances Carson

MARY FRANCES CARSON, 84, of Little Rock died Sept. 26, 2014. Born March 4, 1930 in Little Rock, she was the daughter of Carl Albert Suttor Sr. and Loretta Frances Countz Suttor. A longtime member of St. Theresa Catholic Church, she and her husband owned Baseline Laundromat. A classical pianist, she also enjoyed painting, sculpturing and gardening, her yard, socializing and family. She was preceded in death by her husband, Vincent Casimer Carson, her parents and one son, Joseph Louis Priest. Survivors include sons John Michael Priest (Pam) of Marble Falls, Ark., David Prescott Suttor of Crystal Lake, Ill., Brian Charles Priest (Eileen) of Tucson, Ariz. and Paul Vincent Carson of Jasper, Ark.; a brother, Carl Suttor of Hot Springs Village, Ark.; a sister, Loretta Suttor Sorrells of Maumelle, Ark. and many grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nieces and nephews. Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 10 a.m. Tuesday, Sept. 30 at St. Theresa Catholic Church, 6219 Baseline Road, Little Rock. Fr. Mark will be the celebrant and entombment will follow at Forest Hills Mausoleum. A Rosary service will be held at 6 p.m. Monday, Sept. 29, followed by visitation until 8 p.m. at the church.
