Betty Ruth Nell, 68, of Lowell passed away August 10, 2015 in Rogers. Born November 21, 1946 in Rogers the daughter of Loyd and Edith Tice Harp. Survivors children, Carol Dearing, Patricia Dutton, Jimmie Cannady, Peggy Perryman, Bobby Nell; brothers, Lester and Virgil Harp; 17 grandchildren and 39 great-grandchildren.
