Beulah Annie Noe, 83, of Little Rock, passed away Wednesday, February 4, 2015. Services will be today, Friday, February 6 at 1:30 p.m. at First Baptist Church, 62 Pleasant Valley Dr., Little Rock, preceded by visitation beginning at 12:30 p.m. Interment will be at the Arkansas State Veterans Cemetery in North Little Rock at 10 a.m. Friday morning.
