Conrad "Sonny" Courtney

Conrad "Sonny" Courtney passed away Saturday, Jan. 24, 2015 in Eudora, Kan. Born Jan. 3, 1926 in Winslow, Ark. to Russell and Lillian Courtney. He was preceded in seat by his parents; a son, Kenny; a brother, Carlton; and a sister, Charlene. Survivors include his wife, Betty of the home; three sons, Hurshel of Cowiche, Wash., Russell Wayne of Eudora, Kan., Brian of Overland Park, Kan.; six daughters, Joyce Baker of West Fork, Ark., Cynthia Castello of Green Forest, Ark., Barbara Decker of Eudora, Kan., April Gerhard of Garfield, Ark., Danita Ferguson of Dallas, Texas, and Toni Ross of Osawatomie, Kan.; three brothers, Charles of Farmington, Ark., Earl of West Fork, Ark., and John of Siloam Springs, Ark.; six sisters, Randolyn and Norma of Yakima, Wash., Marilyn of Memphis, Tenn., Shirley of Boliver, Mo., Leona and Jeanie of Winslow, Ark.; 27 grandchildren; 31 great-grandchildren; and two great-great-grandchildren. Funeral services were Jan. 31, 2015 at Frye Funeral Home of Olathe, Kan.
