Eugene Harvey "Wimpy" DeBell, 88, of North Little Rock died Monday, February 9th, 2015. He was preceded in death by his wife of 45 years, Barbara Ann Keeton DeBell. Graveside services will be held Saturday, February 14th, 12:30 p.m. at Rest Hills Memorial Park.
