James Otto Hipp, 84, passed away Feb. 14, 2015. Survivors: wife, Lois M. Hipp; son, Lester Hipp; daughters, Marcia Ehart and Anita Vance; seven grandchildren and six great-grandchildren; one brother and two sisters.
