Louis Allan Cowan

Louis Cowan, 79, died Feb. 12. Visitation and funeral service will be Friday, February 20 at Holt Memorial Chapel, in Harrison, at 9 a.m. Survivors include his wife, Phyllis Cowan; three daughters, Janelle (Mark) Waddell, Lori (Steve) Cox, and Carol (Bret) Bricker; and four grandchildren, Sarah, Courtney, Erik, and Sean.
