Oliver Gordon Brooks

Oliver Brooks, 84, died Saturday. He was born February 7, 1931 in Bald Knob to the late Hillis and Mae (Smith) Brooks. Oliver was a supervisor at General Industries for numerous years. Survivors: daughters, Judy Brooks of Lewis, Connie Long (Bill), Joyce Page (Lowell) and Fay Sample (Chuck); son, Kenneth Brooks; 10 grandchildren, eight great-grandchildren; a sister, Juanita Tims and a brother, Gilbert Brooks. He is preceded in death by his parents, his wife, Eva Mae (Selter) Brooks; one sister and five brothers.
