Patsy Ann Wells

PATSY ANN WELLS, age 83, of North Little Rock, died Friday, Feb. 20, 2015. She was born Dec. 9, 1931 in Gurdon, Ark. to her late parents, Grover Kelly and Pearl Brannon Kuhn. Preceding her in death is her husband of 52 years, Harry Doyle Wells and two sons-in-law, Jim Painter and Gary Lynn White. She received her Bachelors Degree from Arkansas State Teachers College (UCA) in Conway and taught in the North Little Rock Public School System for seven years. Patsy was a member of the Cherrywood Baptist Church and belonged to various Home Economics groups and Garden Clubs in the area. Patsy is survived by two daughters, Judy White of Sherwood and Debbie Painter of Cabot; by three grandsons, four great-grandchildren; by her brother, David Kuhn of Gurdon; and sister, Francis Craig of Alabama. Graveside funeral services will be held Wednesday, 1 p.m. at South Fork Cemetery in Gurdon, Ark. Arrangements are by Smith-North Little Rock Funeral Home.
