Evelyn Faye Bohannan

Evelyn Faye Bohannan, 81 of Springdale passed away Wednesday, February 25, 2015 at Northwest Medical Center in Springdale. She was born April 18, 1933 in Springdale to Henry and Jesse Dessa Giblon White. Evelyn retired from Welche Foods. She was a member of Phillips Chapel Freewill Baptist Church. She enjoyed gardening, quilting, solving crossword puzzles, and reading. She was preceded in death by her husband, John Bohannan Jr., her parents and two sisters, Mary Ann Tillery and Louise Palstring. Survivors include three sons, Ronald Bohannan and wife Lisa of Houston, Randy Bohannan and wife Joyce of Springdale and Richard Bohannan and wife Kim of Springdale; three daughters, Sue Magdefrau and husband Jeff of Springdale, Kathryn Catlin and husband Martin of Harrison and Lisa Landers and husband Steve of Springdale; one brother, Michael White and wife Carolyn of Selma, California; 12 grandchildren and 19 great-grandchildren. Funeral services will be Monday, March 2, 2015 at 10 a.m. at Sisco Funeral Chapel of Springdale. Burial will follow in Elm Springs Cemetery.
