Norman Ralph Burnett

Norman Ralph Burnett, age 75, of Farmington, went to be with the Lord on Thursday, December 31, 2015 at Willard Walker House in Fayetteville. He was born May 6, 1940 in Siloam Springs, Arkansas, the son of Woodrow and Katherine Burnett. He was of the Baptist faith and attended Unity Covenant Church in West Fork. He retired from McClinton Anchor–Sharps Quarry and served in the United States Navy. Mr. Burnett's greatest pleasure was praying, reading the Bible and leading people to the Lord. He is survived by his wife of 53 years, Donna Murphy Burnett, of the home; his mother of Fayetteville; one son, Jim Burnett and his wife, Traci, of Springdale; two daughters: Sheri Burnett of Farmington and Jeri Phillips and her husband, Kevin, of Fayetteville; two brothers; five sisters; seven grandchildren and three great-grandchildren. Visitation will be Sunday, January 3, 2016 from 2 p.m. until 4 p.m. at Memorial Funeral Home. Funeral services will be Monday, January 4, 2016 at 2 p.m. at Memorial Funeral Home with Pastor Brian Bowerman and Rev. Paul Payne officiating. Burial will follow in Elm Springs Cemetery. Pallbearers will be Josh Watts, Mike Watts, Johnny Burnett, Rick Hammond, Nikki Burnett, Zach Burnett, Carney Easter and Wally Vanderlip. Memorials may be made to Arkansas Heart Hospital, 1701 S.
