Tommy Lee McEntire, 60, of Little Rock passed from this life on Wednesday, December 30, 2015. He was born in Little Rock on February 3, 1955 to Bernice Scribner McEntire and the late Gene McEntire Sr.
Tommy was a deacon of Mitchell's Missionary Full Gospel Ministries Church. He served the Lord with his whole heart and cherished his family and friends. His hands were always hard at work, and he loved hunting and fishing with his grandsons. He will be remembered as a devoted Christian who never missed an opportunity to help someone in need.
He is survived by his beloved family, his wife, Melba McEntire; a son, Jason McEntire (Hazel) of Little Rock; a daughter, Amanda Woods (Dustin) of Little Rock; two grandsons, Christian and Clayton Woods; one brother, Gene McEntire (Diane) of Little Rock; and a host of family and friends.
A visitation will be held from 10 to 11 a.m., Saturday followed by a funeral service at 11 a.m., at Smith – Benton Funeral Home Chapel. Interment to follow at Oakland Fraternal Cemetery in Little Rock. Online obituary at www.SmithFamilyCares.com.
