HARRY ANDREW "ANDY" FAIR, 62, of Little Rock passed away Jan. 1, 2016. He is survived by his wife Dixie Wilson Fair, son John Fair and daughter Lizzie Fair all of Little Rock and sister Nancy Ragsdale of Marion. He is also survived by a number of nieces, nephews and cousins. A visitation will be held Monday night from 5 to 7 p.m. at Ruebel Funeral Home, the memorial service will be Tuesday at 10 a.m. in Pulaski Heights United Methodist Church followed by a graveside service at 2:30 p.m. at Crittenden Memorial Park in Marion, Ark.
