Travis Joe Martin

Travis Joe Martin, 68, of Fayetteville, died Jan. 1, 2016 at Washington Regional Medical Center. He was born June 12, 1947 in West Fork to Jack Warren and Bonnie Hale Martin. Travis played the drums for several different bands and was a member of the Antique Car Club. He was preceded in death by his father, and one sister, Fran Tucker. He is survived by one son, Jerry Martin and wife, Stacey of West Fork; his mother, Bonnie Martin of West Fork; two sisters, Jackie Rollins of West Fork and Tammy Hellinga of Rogers; and two grandchildren, Nathan and Nicholas Martin. Funeral services will be 2 p.m. Wednesday, Jan. 6, 2016 at Beard's Funeral Chapel. Interment will follow at Union Star Cemetery.
