Georgia Johnson

Georgia Lee Johnson, 84, of Little Rock, Arkansas, transitioned on January 5, 2016. She was preceded in death by her third child; Kerry Johnson, parents; Jesse Singleton Sr. and Georgia Jenkins Singleton, brothers; Jessie "Notre D." Singleton, James Singleton, Alfred Singleton, Chester Singleton, Charlie Singleton, and Hence Singleton. Professing Christ at an early age, Georgia loved serving the Lord. She has been an active, faithful member of Gaines Street Baptist Church Family for over 30 years. She contributed to various organizations ministering to the needs of the people and making many friends along the way. She leaves precious memories with her children; Charles (Gwen) Johnson Jr., Loraine (Garry Joe) Johnson-Robinson, Andre (Jewel) Johnson, Janyl (Ruby) Johnson, and DeEddra (Nick) Johnson-Nichols, siblings; Nancy Bean, Effie Height, Jo "Towilla" Brown, Francis Wright, Lonnie Singleton, and Howard Singleton, 10 grandchildren and 10 great-grandchildren who will miss her dearly.
