Hayes C. McClerkin

Hayes C. McClerkin of Texarkana, a former Speaker of the Arkansas House of Representatives, died peacefully at home on Wednesday, January 6. His immediate survivors are his wife, Lillian Riggs McClerkin, and daughters Martha, Katherine and Lauren McClerkin. Funeral arrangements are pending. A full obituary will appear in a later issue of the Arkansas Democrat-Gazette.
